Restaurantly provides a management system for restaurants. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes.
3. Subscription and Payments
Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law. We reserve the right to change our subscription plans or adjust pricing for our service in any manner and at any time as we may determine.
4. Intellectual Property
The platform and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Restaurantly and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
5. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Restaurantly, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Restaurantly operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
